Descriptions:

New PatternFly pipelines package has been created. To support consistency across the portfolio for our users and code sharing, ODC should be using this.

This will ALSO help with a usability issue – today users have to scroll to see their full pipeline. This will help us be able to easily zoom in/out similar to the Topology view.

Acceptance criteria:

1. The pipeline & pipeline run visualizations should use the new PF pipeline package [https://topology-pipelines.surge.sh/topology-pipelines-demo-nav-link]
2. the visualization should not have scrollbars
3. the mouse wheel changes the zoom factor of the PL/PLR visualization
4. the visualization should include the standard icons used in topology to zoom in/out/fit to screen & reset
5. at specific zoom factors, the background color of the task nodes will change to indicate the error or warning status
