Description

As a user, I should be able to see Kafka Sink on the Topology view

Acceptance Criteria

1. Node Shape for Kafka sinks should be the same as the Event Sinks
2. Kafka Sinks Node should have an Event Sinks Badge
3. Node should have a context menu showing common action
4. Sidebar should have Details and Resource Tab
5. Resource Tab should show underlying resources
6. Deletion of application group should result in deletion of Kafka Sink
