Description

As a user, I should be able to create an Event Sink while dragging a connector from Channel/Broker.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Users should be able to see `Add Event Sink` option when a connector is dragged from Channel and dropped on graph/application
2. Users should be able to see `Add Event Sink` option when a connector is dragged from Broker and dropped on graph/application
3. While redirecting to catalog and form for Event Sinks data should be in context and prefilled in form
