Description of problem:

When verifying ODC-5799 I noticed that the Cancel button the modal is still enabled. Clicking Cancel does not stop the uninstall of the Helm Release.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a Helm Chart
2. Go to the Helm page
3. Using the Kebab uninstall the release
4. Enter the name into the modal and hit Delete
5. Hit Cancel right after

Actual results:

Modal closes but delete still happens

Expected results:

Modal closes and delete does not happen OR the button label maybe is called "close" or is disabled?

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always (as long as the Helm Chart uninstalls after a few seconds)
