Description of problem:

When using the helm UI to uninstall a helm chart, the user is given no feedback that the uninstall is progressing. The button remains enabled.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. install a helm chart
2. go to the helm nav item
3. select the helm chart kebab action -> `uninstall helm release`
4. enter the chart name in the modal text input
5. press the uninstall button

Actual results:

No feedback to user. Helm chart is however being uninstalled.

Expected results:

button should be disabled and feedback (spinner?) should be provided.
