Description of problem:

While deploying a node-js deployment, I noticed the "Waiting for a build" message to be in a constant state of updating and change while the build was on-going.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

None (I had Pipeline Operator installed)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Add From Git
2. Use this url: https://github.com/nodeshift-starters/nodejs-rest-http
3. Take the defaults with one exception (maybe not needed?)
   • I checked Add Pipeline
   • Which once on a server with the new Add flow pipeline work, this will likely not happen anymore

Actual results:

The message flickers on and off, looks to have pod creating / removing constantly

Expected results:

A smooth message until it's ready
