Description

As a user, I want to customize the catalog categories. The user needs to change the CRD "Console/operator.openshift.io/v1" with the name "cluster" in the namespace "openshift-console".

To restore the default values and to a have a single source of truth for the static default categories we want provide a catalog categories snippet.

This snippet should be based on the default values in catalog-items.tsx.

The existing snippets / samples are stored in resource-sidebar-samples.tsx

Acceptance Criteria

1. When a admin opens the Console CRD there is a "Catalog Categories" snippet in the sidebar which can insert the default catalog categories from the console as YAML.
