      GOAL

      Update max supported CRDs to new validated maximum (or to 1024 is also fine)

      VALIDATION

      Update max CRDs based on results by mohit-sheth 

      Environment: self-managed AWS
      Nodes: 24 worker (m5.2xlarge) | 3 masters (r5.4xlarge) | 2 infra (m5.4xlarge)
      Cluster Version = 4.14.0-0.nightly-2023-08-11-055332 (with OVN-IC)
      Workload: cluster-density-v2 with 500 namespaces (3 times)
      CRD count: 1045 (120 default, 925 from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1927806#c10 

      Observation: the operators look stable, no throttling from kapi, no worrying alerts
