In extreme failure scenarios the backup can be partially corrupted and failing the hash check.
 

Goals

Enable customers to restore from particularly corrupted etcd backups

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• Taint control nodes or CR when the option is used to make it easier for support to track issues to this procedure (e.g. future must-gather)
