      Goal

      When defining the "folder" parameter for an OCP installation on vSphere, have the installer create it automatically instead of requiring the folder to exist previous to the installation.

      In this release we want to assess the size and details of the implementation of this feature which is expected to span across multiple releases.

      Why is this important?

      This is a task that must be done manually every time manually, involving steps that the users expect the installer to automate.
