      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)  

      In OCP 4.20 we have GAed the feature OCPSTRAT-2073 

      but API is not used by defualt shipping 'openshift' ClusterImagePolicy on validation of payload images,

      The goal of the feature is to enable its  by default in OCP 4.21
