Received lead on steps for the packaging the stargz-snapshotter as follows:

• Request github repo in openshift-priv (exactly the same as the public repo, this is in case there'd ever be an embargoed fix needed)

• Configure #forum-ocp-testplatform bots to manage branches. Action in the openshift/release repo

Now two things get unlocked:

• Work with ART to get rpm built (probably a bit of back-and-forth is needed for the specfile)

• Set up CI for you repo
