Goal
Fully support LVMO on IPv6 clusters
Problem
IPv6 in single and dual stack deployments could cause unforeseen issues in the storage stack. We need to test this at least once.
Why is this important?
More and more customers have IPv6 deployments in their on-prem installations. We need to ensure our software works in their environment
Dependencies
Prioritized Scenarios
In Scope
- Single Stack IPv6 SNO cluster
- Dual Stack IPv6 SNO cluster
- SNO cluster with additional workers
Not in Scope
- OCP clusters with more than one master (non-SNO clusters)
Documentation Requirements
- We should make sure we mention that we support IPv6 if we know it works
- If this only works in one way (single or dual stack) we need to mention that too
