      Goal

Support dual stack IPv4, IPv6 following IPV6 support in SNO.

      Problem

Telco customers require IPV6 to handle the lack of IP4 addresses.

      Why is this important?

One of the strategic markets for Red Hat is the edge for Telco and IPv6 is one of the requirements.

      Customer Facing Story

As an administrator, I should be able to use IPV4 or IPV6 network, and the behavior will remain the same

      What does success look like?

All tests pass with IPv6/IPv4 dual network
