Support dual stack IPv4, IPv6 following IPV6 support in SNO.
Problem
Telco customers require IPV6 to handle the lack of IP4 addresses.
Why is this important?
One of the strategic markets for Red Hat is the edge for Telco and IPv6 is one of the requirements.
