Goal:

In order to have confidence in SNO 4vCPU we need to establish a blocking lane to help catch issues early, this can only happen if we have been green passing for 2 sprints in a row. 

For sake of cost and consistency, we will only create informing and blocking lanes for AWS, that should give use a reliable signal to determine issues.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Informing lanes must be green for 2 sprints
• Only the AWS platform will be used
