Goal

Equinix is sun setting metal support by June 2026, we need to migrate metal TNF OCP jobs to other platform before then. OFCIR should be our replacement provider

Acceptance Criteria

All TNF CI jobs are running successfully on "equinix-ocp-metal" clusters (the name is misleading, that is actually the cluster type for OFCIR as of now)
