      Goal

      Equinix is sun setting metal support by June 2026, We are not renewing our contract with Equinix that ends in Dec 2025.  We need to migrate metal TNA OCP jobs to other platform before then.  OFCIR should be our replacement provider

      Acceptance Criteria

      All TNA CI jobs are running successfully on "equinix-ocp-metal" clusters (the name is misleading, that is actually the cluster type for OFCIR as of now)
