Background

We need to check that, if we delete a Machine from the cluster, the CPMS replaces it when using the OnDelete strategy

We will delete master-2 so there's no overlap with the rolling update strategy

This test should be ordered with OCPCLOUD-1748

Steps

• Create a test that:
  • Checks all cluster operators are as expected
  • Deletes master-2
  • Checks a new machine is created
  • Checks the name of the new machine
  • Waits for the replicas == updatedReplicas
  • Wait for cluster operators to stabilise
