Background

Once we have periodics set up, we need to make sure that we know they are passing, so we need to be alerted when the pass rate is low. 

Alerts can be configured based on https://github.com/openshift/continuous-release-jobs/tree/master/config/clusters/dpcr/services/trt-monitoring

The TRT team can help.

Steps

• Work out what is required to set up a periodic alert
• Check with TRT on the 80% pass rate, they may have a better recommendation
• Create an alert so that when the pass rate is below 80%, a notification is sent to the #forum-cloud channel to notify us
