Background

To execute the tests, we will need presubmit jobs and periodics configured within the release repo that run the new test suites.

The presubmits will be

• AWS (required)
• Azure (optional)

The periodics will be:

• AWS
• Azure

We will also want to be able to trigger the periodic suite manually on presubmits to check it passes when we make changes to it.

Steps

• Check with TRT to determine how frequently we should be running the periodics
• Set up presubmit jobs using the E2E make target from within the repo
• Set up periodic jobs using the E2E make target from within the repo 
• Set up the periodics to be manually triggered on PRs
