Cluster API components will need an e2e test suite in openshift. Someone should investigate how this look like and answer following questions:

• can we reuse tests that are already present upstream?
• should we convert cluster-api-actuator-pkg to CAPI?
• is it possible to have a better structure for e2e tests than the one we have in cluster-api-actuator-pkg?

This can be done during feature freeze as it is testing related, but should be done before 4.11 is released.
