Epic Goal

• Ensure appropriate testing of the Cluster API features introduced to standalone openshift
• Ensure parity between E2E tests for Machine API and Cluster API

Why is this important?

• We test a number of features in MAPI, we must continue to support these as we moved forward into CAPI
• CAPI is expected to have the same feature set, so should be able to pass the same testing
