      1. Proposed title of this feature request
      Specify Network Interface Type in MachineSet for AWS EFA

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
      Currently, there is no way to specify the Network Interface Instance Type in the MachineSet in order to get the "efa" network interface on the EC2 instance.

      As per [1] there is not field in the config to set a network InterfaceType
