      AWS EFS instance and network type support 

      • Support for AWS EFA type MachineSets
        •  Priority 0 and MVP - MAPI is enhanced to enable AWS EFA instances and EFA network type
        • Support for Autoscaling 
      • Support for AWS Placement Groups (PG) 
        • Priority 0 and MVP - Users would desire to create EFA instances in the same AWS placement group to get best network performance within that AWS placement group.
      • AWS EFA operator for easy setup and to manage lifecycle of the EFA instances 
        • (Priority 1) Deploy AWS EFA Kubernetes device manager plugin DaemonSet
        • (Priority 1) Create EFA Security Group and apply it to the Network Interface for the created node 
        • (Priority 1) Provide an option to Apply Hugepages configuration to target cluster
        • (Priority 1) Provide an option to apply EFA MachineSet to target cluster
        • (Priority 1) Optionally run a test to ensure that the EFA interfaces are up functional. 
        • (Priority 1) 
          increase memlock at the EFA instance RHCOS crio.conf level to unlimited (-1:-1)
