Description of problem:

There is gap in understanding between build and buildah teams as to how to use Buildha in Build components .Right now its used as a vendored (go lib) dependency in builder repo (builder container) which Buildah team is not supporting or unaware . This may cause breaks in our releases in future. This ticket is to understand the gaps and find out a best solution for the same.
