Description of problem:

This could be rather an RFE. In fact we know how to do "buildah .... --quiet" to hide secret contents and know how to use BUILDAH_QUIET in s2i builds.

we are missing the way ( or not documented ) to use this fonctionnality in builds started as "oc start-build ... "

Any help is appreciated.
