(even though QE tested this with ODF operator, I think this issue can be present in any operator)

1. Deploy OCP+ODF 4.10
2. Upgrade OCP to 4.11
3. Now upgrade ODF to 4.11 via UI, change the Update channel to 4.11 on Subscription tab under Operator details page. Ensure to stay on the same page until the ODF upgrade completes. (if 4.11 image is not available, as it was in my case because I didn't deploy GA'ed version, patch and create 4.11 image and then upgrade it via UI).

Now click on Storage System or Events tab. All of them show 404 error.

The same issue is hit when ODF 4.11 is upgraded to 4.12, 4.12 is upgraded to 4.13
