      Description of problem:

PTP Daemon appears to have issues communicating with the Cloud Event Proxy process 'events.sock: write: broken pipe'.
This is a self feeding loop, it appears that processes events / messages are getting clogged at the OS pipe buffer, bursting together at the other end in a concatenated form.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      ptp-operator.v4.18.0-202601292038, ptp-operator.v4.19.0-202601292040

      How reproducible:

          TBD

      Steps to Reproduce:

1.Reboot Node / Delete PTP Daemon pod
          2.Observe logs Daemon logs

      Actual results:

Events are corrupted during the socket closure

      Expected results:

      Stable flow of events
