Namespace is empty when 'All Projects' is selected on Search page and it returns 404 when searching some resources with 'All Projects' selected

      Description of problem:

      search some resources and select 'All Projects', the Namespace column is empty

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.21.0-0.nightly-2025-12-08-222244    

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. navigate to Home -> Search, search any namespace scoped resources such as Service, Deployments, Secrets and make sure 'All Projects' is selected
Check the result table


2. Search `Deployment` or `CatalogSource` resource type with 'All Projects' selected

      Actual results:

      1. The 'Namespace' column in table is empty   
2. 404 Page Not Found will be returned

      Expected results:

      1. 'Namespace' column should show resource namespace correctly   
2. resource list should be returned successfully
