Description of problem:
The Search page returns a 404 when trying to display OLM resources such as CatalogSource, ClusterServiceVersion, Subscription, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit /search/all-namespaces?kind=operators.coreos.com~v1alpha1~CatalogSource%2Coperators.coreos.com~v1alpha1~Subscription%2Coperators.coreos.com~v1alpha1~ClusterServiceVersion&page=1&perPage=50
2. Note each of the expandable sections has a 404 instead of a list
