Warning from Ignition about [Install] section of agent-extract-tui.service

      On the ABI hardware console, ignition shows a big red warning about there being no Install section in agent-extract-tui.service even though it is enabled.
      I don't think this is actually required, because other units have Wants=agent-extract-tui.service. But the warning is very prominent, so we should add WantedBy.
