The end goal is not to have a --interactive flag when creating the unconfigured-ignition. Instead we want the interactive features to always be present in the ignition (both unconfigured and regular), but disabled by default for now.

The API to enable the interactive features will be the presence of the file /etc/assisted/interactive-ui, which will be added to the unconfigured-ignition externally by whatever is generating it (either assisted-service or the appliance).

All features that are currently enabled only in the "install-interactive-disconnected" workflow need to be made available in the regular workflow, but suitably protected so as not to break the regular appliance.
