The "OpenShift AI" link found in the Getting started resources card on the cluster dashboard returns a 404. This is due to changes in the Software Catalog.

The link currently goes to `catalog?catalogType=operator&keyword=openshift+ai&selectedId=rhods-operator-redhat-operators-openshift-marketplace` but should be updated to `catalog/ns/default?catalogType=operator&keyword=openshift+ai&selectedId=rhods-operator-redhat-operators-openshift-marketplace`
