Documentation not clear on installation of Azure IPI using manual IAM

Steps to Reproduce:
while installation of cluster following https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/installing/installing_azure/manually-creating-iam-azure.html , the steps on how to crete secret is not available , following the doc leads to situation where masters are created but worker fails
