Description of problem:
When using an OpenShift secret containing a special character, the SMB/CIFS driver will give permission denied trying to authenticate

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create storage using a special character in the password 2. Try authenticating via the CIFS/SMB driver 3. Receive permission denied
Actual results:
Permission denied
Expected results:
This should authenticate
