      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-55597. The following is the description of the original issue:

      The MCO code owners list is out of date across a few repos & for different release branch versions. The list of current MCO members is:

        - djoshy
  - dkhater-redhat
  - yuqi-zhang
  - cheesesashimi
  - umohnani8
  - RishabhSaini
  - isabella-janssen
  - pablintino

      The OWNERS files should be updated in the following:

      Note that the OWNERS list in o/release is fetched from OWNERS file in o/machine-config-operator, so it should update automatically with the MCO side update (see here).
