The MCO code owners list is out of date across a few repos & for different release branch versions. The list of current MCO members is:

  - pablintino 

The OWNERS files should be updated in the following:

• MCO: https://github.com/openshift/machine-config-operator/blob/main/OWNERS
  • List is out of date for all versions, but backporting to 4.14ish should be sufficient.
• Origin: https://github.com/openshift/origin/blob/main/test/extended/machine_config/OWNERS
  • Update is needed for 4.19 & 4.18

Note that the OWNERS list in o/release is fetched from OWNERS file in o/machine-config-operator, so it should update automatically with the MCO side update (see here).
