      * Previously, {gcp-first} did not include a `wait` operation for API calls that destroyed clutser resources. In certain situations, this missing operation caused the installation program to not delete the backend services. With this release, {gcp-short} adds a `wait` operation to an API call so that the installation program can delete backend services.
