Description of problem:
In https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.16/machine_management/adding-rhel-compute.html#rhel-compute-requirements_adding-rhel-compute it's saying "Base OS: RHEL 8.6 and later with "Minimal" installation option." But what QE tested and being tested in the CI currently is "RHEL-8.10, RHEL-8.9 and RHEL-8.8" for 4.16, suggest updating it to "Base OS: RHEL 8.8 and later with "Minimal" installation option." And also in "Listing latest available RHEL images on AWS", it's suggesting to use the command to list RHEL 8.4 Amazon Machine Images, it's better to update it to 8.10 as an accurate example. The note "When creating a RHEL compute machine for AWS, ensure that the AMI is RHEL 8.4 or 8.5.", suggest updating it to "When creating a RHEL compute machine for AWS, ensure that the AMI is RHEL 8.10, 8.9 or 8.8" In https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.16/updating/updating_a_cluster/updating-cluster-rhel-compute.html#rhel-compute-updating-minor_updating-cluster-rhel-compute, it's also suggesting "Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) versions 8.6 and later are supported for RHEL compute machines.", suggest updating it to "Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) versions 8.8 and later are supported for RHEL compute machines." The above updates are also applicable for 4.15 and 4.14.
