RHOCP 4.16[1] and RHOCP 4.15[1] are supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.8-8.10 as specified in release notes {[1],[2]}

However, in the documentation[2] `RHEL 8.6 and later` is mentioned for the compute nodes it should be `RHEL8.8 and later`
