Description of problem:
The [0], [1], and [2] shows a YAML snippet at Step #3 with a wrong Ignition Config Version compared to the RHOCP version of choice. As per [3], [4], and [5] RHOCP 4.14 + 4.15 + 4.16 Ignition Config Version should be `3.4.0`: spec: config: ignition: version: 3.1.0
