Description of problem:
The [0] and [1] shows a YAML snippet at Step #3 with a wrong Ignition Config Version compared to the RHOCP version of choice. As per [2] and [3], RHOCP 4.12 + 4.13 Ignition Config Version should be `3.2.0`: spec: config: ignition: version: 3.1.0

Check [0] as per 4.12 and [1] 4.13 and compare against what documented by [2] and [3]
