    1.Hub cluster running OCP 4.16.0-0.nightly-2024-04-26-145258 and ACM 2.10
    2.Deploy spoke cluster on baremetal via Assisted Install (GitOps ZTP)
     3. Install does not start. Agentclusterinstall is created, varies between ready/preparing
    

    OCP installation fails

    OCP installation succeeds.
