      Description of problem:

      https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/web_console/customizing-the-web-console.html states a custom logo "is constrained to a max-width of 200px and a max-height` of 68px." After https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-33523 is addressed, it should read "is constrained to a max-height of 60px".
