      Description of problem:

          We can't install with IPI baremetal after extract, it's compline on glibc version

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.16.0-0.nightly-2024-04-30-053518

      How reproducible:

          "cmd": "~/openshift-baremetal-install version"
/home/kni/openshift-baremetal-install: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by /home/kni/openshift-baremetal-install)", "/home/kni/openshift-baremetal-install: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by /home/kni/openshift-baremetal-install)"]

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.Extract openshift-baremetal-install
     2. run openshift-baremetal-install version        

      Actual results:

      `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by /home/kni/openshift-baremetal-install)"    

      Expected results:

          version details
