      Adding parameters to the Pipeline throws an error as the resources field is getting added to the payload and as resources are deprecated it throws an error. Resources fields have been removed from the payload and the user can add parameters to the Pipeline.

      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-31082. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      When adding parameters to a pipeline there is an error when trying to save.

It seems a resource[] section is added, this doesn't happen when using yaml resources and oc client.
