      * Previously, there is an error when adding parameters to the Pipeline when the resources field was added to the payload, and as resources are deprecated.       Description of problem:

      When adding parameters to a pipeline there is an error when trying to save.

It seems a resource[] section is added, this doesn't happen when using yaml resources and oc client.
