console reload when clicking on operator tile

      on latest chrome, console will reload when clicking on operator tile on operator hub page

      4.16.0-0.nightly-2024-02-23-013505
latest Chrome Version 122.0.6261.69 (Official Build) (x86_64)

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. navigate to OperatorHub page with latest Chrome
2. click on any operator tile

      Actual results:

      console will reload

      Expected results:

      open operator modal directly without reload
