Description of problem:

Only one repository is shown in the pipeline dashboard even when there are two repositories available with pipeline runs.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pipeline dashboard should be present
2. Create two repositories having pipeline runs
3. Select the Per Repositories option on the pipeline dashboard

Actual results:

Only one repository is shown(the one created first)

Expected results:

The number of repositories should be consistent with the number of repositories present in the namespace with pipeline runs
