Description of problem: When running the sriov-network-operator conformance test cases Before each sriov configuration test it looks for a node with vfio interface. If not found it fails. This test case is failing on Mellanox interfaces.

There was a recent change to the test case.  A skip test was removed if an intel card was not found. This needs to be replaced in 4.15 and backported to 4.14 and 4.13.

Run test on BM cluster with mellanox card.
